Through coaching and design facilitation, I work alongside people and organizations to help them develop creative confidence, make a difference to people, design better solutions and tell their stories.

I practice my craft as the Innovation Program Designer in Richland School District Two in Columbia, SC where I lead the R2 Innovates innovation incubator and hub. We provide a safe space, mentoring and support for teams of educators who want to implement better solutions in our schools and beyond. We develop leaders and provide them with design experiences and tools to lead innovative initiatives at their schools. My areas of expertise include innovation and human-centered design, incubators, learning spaces, and creative leadership. I thrive on developing relationships, connecting people and learning from their experiences. I’m also an IDEOU Alumni Coaching Fellow. I received the 2014 Power to the People DILA Award from EdSurge and Digital Promise and am a contributing writer for the ISTE publication, Get Active: Reimagining Learning Spaces for Student Success.
